๐ŸŒฟ A Powerful Morning for a Purposeful Cause! ๐ŸŒฟ
Today’s JITO Ahimsa Walk was an incredible success—uniting Jain professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors in a meaningful celebration of non-violence, wellness, and networking.

From team-building and banner-making, to standing yoga led by Kalpinbhai Shah, and a scenic walk in honor of Ahimsa, the energy was inspiring. We ended with a delicious Jain breakfast sponsored by Swapna Restaurant, where laughter, stories, and connections filled the air.

JITO USA DALLAS CHAPTER: AHIMSA WALK - May 04, 2025

The JITO Dallas Chapter hosted its annual Ahimsa 5K Run on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Andrew Brown Park East in Coppell, bringing together approximately 150 participants for a morning of fitness, connection, and collective purpose under the theme: “Ahimsa In Motion – Let Every Step Speak Harmony.”

The event opened with t-shirt distribution, the Namokar Mantra, and welcome remarks from Chapter Chair Sapan Bafna, followed by a moment of silence honoring the victims of the recent Pahalgam tragedy in India. Participants then warmed up and completed the 5K in beautiful Spring weather, choosing their pace — from brisk runs to reflective walks.

The experience continued with a community breakfast and coffee sponsored by Happi Kaapi, the artisan coffee brand by Kanira Jain. Lively post-run games, a friendly cricket match, and open social time brought together families, volunteers, and community members of all ages.

The run reflected JITO’s core values — promoting nonviolence (Ahimsa), community well-being, and service. The event was supported by Executive Committee members including Sapan Bafna, Nidhi Shah, Aditya Pancholi, Palash Jain,  Neel Jain, Gitika Bafna, Akruti Pancholi, Vaishali Jain and Neha Jain. Their leadership and the tireless efforts of JITO volunteers ensured a well-organized and joyful experience for all.

20250504_104838The morning began with a group stretching session to warm up the crowd, followed by a spirited run and walk around the park. A special thanks goes out to the young volunteers who played a crucial role in supporting the event and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their energy and dedication added greatly to the day’s success.

The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many appreciating the inclusive spirit and purpose-driven nature of the event.
