Neel Shah is a real estate and hospitality investment principal based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, operating across two complementary platforms. As Developer at Westbridge Homes, he leads a luxury residential homebuilding business focused on high-end new construction and development opportunities in established Dallas neighborhoods like Preston Hollow and Devonshire. As Director of Investments at Jain Hotels / Hi-Tech Hospitality, a family-run hospitality group, he oversees acquisitions, asset management, and capital strategy for a growing hotel portfolio spanning Texas, Oklahoma, and beyond.

Neel takes an active, hands-on role across the deal lifecycle — from sourcing and underwriting to legal structuring, financing, and post-close asset management. He runs the full investment cycle: drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, assignments, leases, and partnership structures. His recent work spans wholesale lot assignments, ground-up luxury residential development, hotel acquisitions and PIP planning, adaptive reuse conversions, and structured co-investment partnerships.

Abhishek Mohnot is the Founder and Managing Principal of FinTrek LLC, a tax compliance and advisory practice in Frisco, Texas, serving individuals, real estate investors, and small to mid size businesses. He brings more than 20 years of experience in partnership and pass-through taxation, with deep specialization in real estate structures, including partnerships, LLCs, and REIT compliance.
Prior to founding FinTrek, Abhishek held senior tax roles at EY, KPMG, RSM, and CLA, including National Tax Office level work. He advises clients on entity selection, depreciation strategies, like-kind exchanges, and the tax compliance and consulting needs that arise across the real estate investment life cycle. He is a licensed CPA and holds a Master of Business Taxation (MBT).
