The Mela event aims to bring together all women business entrepreneurs under one roof to establish a community, a chance to market your business, and expand your network by meeting and learning from other women entrepreneurs and successful women professionals. 

The event is open to the public and its FREE! 

Vendor Registration is Open Now!

The event will be indoors with an outside parking facility. The event includes vendor booths to enable a stellar festivity shopping experience and a chance to interact with successful women leaders. 

 For Vendor Registration:

We're inviting only select women entrepreneurs to participate as vendors. Limited vendor spots are available in each vendor category. The JWF Committee will shortlist vendors based on space. Spots will be assigned to who are meeting qualifying criteria, and preference will be given to JITO USA Members.

Requirements:

This year, please submit a seller's permit to participate in the event.

For non-food vendors, please submit the seller's permit. If you need assistance a seller's permit, here is the link to register

Food vendors must provide a business license. If you are in the process of doing so, please get a temporary permit to sell.

Each booth will have a table and two chairs; you can bring other supplies, such as a banner.

To sign up as a vendor, please follow the steps mentioned below:

Vendor Registration Process:

Step 1: Submit Vendor Registration Form  
Complete the official Vendor Regsitration Form with all required details: company info, product/service category, and contact details.

Step 2: Vendor Registration Form Review 
Your form will be reviewed by the Vendor Approval Committee. Timeline: Review takes 5-7 business days We may contact you if additional info is needed

Step 3: Approval Notification 
Once approved, you’ll receive an official acceptance email.

Step 4: Complete Payment 
Make payment by the due date listed in your email to secure your booth.

Payment methods: Zelle, Credit card, bank transfer, or check.  Booth is not reserved until payment is received.

Step 5: Final Confirmation 
After payment, you’ll receive a Vendor Confirmation email with relevant instructions.

Step 6: Women's Entrepreneur Mela Participation 
Arrive during designated setup hours and enjoy the fair!
